Shipping Information

Your deliveries are in good hands. We work with our partners to offer you great service choices at good cost and make deliveries painless for you. Here you can find the basics, but if you need more information please contact us.

Small & Normal Orders
After we receive an order, packages are generally dispatched from our warehouses within 2 days. We normally use DDP as our standard courier in Europe although we may offer other choices for your shipping on the checkout process. Your shipping details are included on your order confirmation.

Once the order is dispatch, and if available, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel with the courier. If delivery fails, DDP will make a second attemp or let it for pick up at the local post office, depending on the country.

Shipping fees are included and detailed on your order and you shall not pay the courier any extra charge. Import taxes are not included and you may receive a bill from Customs if you are outside the EU.

Freight and Large Orders
Large orders require special arrangements and if that is the case we will contact you to make arrangements and let you know how your large order will be handled.  We normally use GEFCO as our freight partner in Europe.

Large orders require special handling, and packing fees as well as postage costs may need to be added. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

If you product has been damaged in the delivery 
Please record it down on the delivery sheet, and Maiori will cover the charges of returning it. Likewise, if the product is faulty Maiori will also replace it at no cost for you.
