We know that returns are necessary from time to time, and we

want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so If your

product arrived damaged, or just isn't exactly what you ordered

please get in touch with us at sav@maiori.com as soon as possible

so we can help you. If you are ultimately not satisfied with our

products you can claim a refund within 14 days of the sale date.

Please read ahead for some important information.


If you product has been damaged in the delivery

Please record it down on the delivery sheet, and Maiori will cover the charges of returning it. Likewise,

if the product is faulty Maiori will also replace it at no cost for you.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase

You can return your item to us within 14 days of the date of purchase and you will get a full refund.

Your product should be unused, and packed in its original condition. You will be responsible for the

shipping charges. Get in touch with us at sav@maiori.com for more information on how to proceed

with this.


Please, do not send back products to us without telling us first. 

We do not accept packages that haven't been authorized by our customer or after sales service. You

will need the product to be packed in their original packaging too.
