What if the product I want is unavailable?

The products are offered subject to available stocks in our warehouse. In the event of total or partial unavailability of a product after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of its order. Pursuant to the provisions of Article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, in the event of unavailability of the product or service, the customer then has the option:

  • To be delivered a product of equivalent price and quality, within the limits of available stocks;
  • Or, to be refunded the price of the product ordered within 30 days of its request.

Which payment methods does Maiori Objects of Design accept?

Maiori Objects of Design accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard bank cards through PayPal or from your PayPal account. You can select your payment method when ordering.


Are the payments secure?

Secure payment by PayPal is a very widespread means of payment on the Internet. PayPal has been adopted by the largest online shopping sites. The simplicity of the service offered allows you to validate your purchases without any fear. You simply need to open a PayPal customer account and register your details. Once your account is validated, at each of your payments over the Internet you will only enter your e-mail and your password. In actual fact, PayPal allows you to encrypt your data and not need to register your bank details for each of your orders.

We deliver in the European Community and Switzerland. We can deliver to other countries but the costs of transport and the fees vary depending on the country. For any country outside the European Community, please contact us by email at the following address:


How are my purchases delivered?

Delivery is provided by our logistics partner. The carrier, as well as Maiori Design, cannot be held responsible for a failure to deliver due to an inaccuracy in the address that you specified when making your purchase.


What are the delivery methods?

You can select your delivery method when placing your order. Maiori offers several modes of transport to ensure delivery within 72 hours: 


How does the transport work?

Delivery of the largest packages requires an appointment to be made. When ordering, be sure to enter your phone number. A delivery date will be arranged as quickly as possible with our service provider who will contact you. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an advice notice will be left (for France only) in your postbox. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a second delivery at your convenience. Your package will be kept by our carrier for 7 days. Beyond this time limit and without claim on your part, it will be sent back to our logistics provider. The delivery costs will be charged to you again in order to finalise the order. Your order cannot be cancelled.


What are the delivery periods?

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process within 72 hours of confirmation of the order and receipt of the payment.

How can I track the progress of my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on the Maiori website. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a new email with the corresponding tracking number.






What is the procedure for returning an item?

You have a period of 7 days to check your product and return it without having to give any reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, if applicable, of return costs. In the case of exchange The new items are to be returned in their original packages to the following address:


The returned items, as well as any accessories, user manuals and other documentation must be returned in their original packaging and not have been used or have suffered even minimal deterioration. We cannot process your return if the packaging or the product are damaged. You will receive an email informing you of the receipt of your package as well as the processing of the latter. In both cases, you must bear the shipping costs.






What are the time limits and the procedure for refunds?

You can be refunded by bank transfer within 15 days of the receipt and quality control of the products by our logistics partner. The entire amount paid by the customer will be refunded, with the exception of return costs Maiori Objects of Design does not accept returns of sale items or items on special offer. Outside of the European Community, the returned products must be reported as "non-compliant". Maiori Objects of Design shall not be responsible for the customs fees and taxes related to a product return.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service directly on 0811 260 208 or send an email to The cancellation of the order is done following the return process. This can only be achieved in the event that the order has not already been prepared.






Are the products I am buying guaranteed? guarantees the purchaser that our products do not contain any defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. However, the guarantee does not cover wear, scratches or damage caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions.
